The Beamline Profiling Technician sets up and runs equipment to cut, form, and shape metal into specific parts, focusing on quality and precision by reading blueprints, monitoring machines, performing quality checks with measuring tools, and ensuring safety compliance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Operate, adjust, calibrate, and maintain the Beamline Line / rolling line and the lower duty line.
- Provide operation and data guidance to PC.
- Operate metalworking and forming machines.
- Handle equipment, trolley operators, and material handling tasks.
- Work with hand and mechanized tools, assemble products, and package finished goods.
- Keep and list required documentation, perform inventory, and manage paperwork.
- Assist in maintenance, repair of equipment, and carrying out welding work when authorized.
- Carry out cleaning tasks by manual and mechanized means.
- Ensure adherence to production and technological procedures, safety, and environmental principles.
- Follow integrated management system, occupational health and safety, and energy‑efficiency guidelines.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus. - Experience:
Previous experience with stamping, roll‑forming presses, and manufacturing. - Technical
Skills:
Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings, strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of measuring tools. - Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented, good problem‑solving, teamwork, physical stamina (lifting, standing).
