Automation Technician; Day Shift

Working Hours

07:00 – 15:45 - Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

The Automation Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing warehouse automation systems to ensure stable and efficient shipping operations. And Automation Technician is also responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing cosmetic production facilities. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, issue resolution, and collaboration with operations teams and automation vendors. The technician supports continuous operation of automated shipping facilities and reports maintenance activities and issues to the APE team manager.

• Perform maintenance and continuous improvement activities for warehouse automation systems
• Perform maintenance activities for cosmetic production facilities
• Ensure automation equipment operates safely and efficiently during night shift operations

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to defined schedules:
  • Daily
  • Monthly
  • Yearly
• Inspect automation equipment, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipping automation systems and production facilities.
• Respond promptly to automation failures to minimize operational downtime
• Analyze root causes of automation system and facility issues and propose countermeasures

• Pick module conveyor and diverting system
• Tray and Lid machines
• Production facilities (CNC machine, Laser machine and Blister machine)

• Communicate and coordinate with warehouse and production operation teams
• Train facility operators on proper automation system operation and basic troubleshooting
• Support safe and standardized operation of automation equipment

• Communicate with automation vendors for troubleshooting, technical support, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate closely with APE team members and report operational status

• Report operation results, maintenance activities, and issues to the APE team manager
• Record work orders, maintenance actions, and results in the maintenance management system
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Understanding of warehouse automation systems
• Hands‑on experience in automation maintenance
• Understanding of conveyor control systems
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an automation or industrial environment

• Experience in production or manufacturing facility maintenance
• Experience working with robotic systems and automated material handling equipment
• Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems
• Familiarity with production facilities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently during night shift operations
• Effective communication with operations, engineering teams, and vendors
• High sense of responsibility and ownership for system stability
• Safety‑focused mindset in a warehouse automation environment
