Laboratory Assistant Position

Join us as a laboratory assistant! The main goal of the position is the targeted preparation and precise, safe completion of microbiological laboratory tests, measurements/experiments (cleanliness tests, water tests, hygiene environment monitoring, culture medium preparation).

• Preparation and completion of tests and measurements in compliance with regulations;
• Independent, regular monitoring, documentation, summarization, and verification of test results with adherence to deadlines;
• Recognition and reporting of out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) test results to the professional supervisor;
• Participation in the investigation of deviations and non-conforming (OOS/OOT) results;
• Pre-evaluation and discussion of test results with the professional supervisor;
• Participation in the setup of new devices, new methods, and measurements, and making relevant suggestions.

• Secondary specialized education or higher specialized/technical education;
• 1-2 years of laboratory experience;
• Analytical knowledge, microbiological knowledge;
• Packaging technology, chemical storage, or microbiological knowledge;
• Quality assurance, GMP knowledge;
• User-level computer skills;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Accurate, precise work performance.
