IPL Schoeller is seeking a Shift Lead for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am) to manage the Molding Department in our plastics manufacturing facility. You will oversee production, supervise technicians, and drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery across the shift.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in injection molding, 1–2 years in a leadership role, and a HS diploma. Forklift and pallet jack certifications are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.
