Pilgrim is seeking a diligent maintenance associate to keep the feed mill clean inside and out, operate a forklift for ingredient handling, and support maintenance tasks as needed. The role requires physical endurance, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and flexibility in scheduling.
Candidates must read and write in English, follow safety procedures, and be able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. This is a full-time on-site position at the feed mill facility.
