The successful candidate will be involved in Lean and Continuous Improvement activities, process development, and ensuring safety and quality by adhering to all relevant standards. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, advanced knowledge in manufacturing processes, and excellent communication skills. Experience in manufacturing operations and heat treat processes preferred.
