Materials Manager - Manufacturing - Pendergrass, GA

We are looking for a Materials Manager to ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. This role will lead materials planning, inventory management, and material flow at our Pendergrass, GA or Fort Worth, TX plants.

• Leading materials planning, scheduling, and inventory control to support production requirements.
• Ensuring material availability for metal fabrication, powder painting, plating, epoxy, and assembly processes.
• Managing inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Partnering with procurement and suppliers to support continuity of supply and plant ramp‑up.
• Driving effective use of MRP/ERP systems and improving material flow and data accuracy.
• Leading and developing materials, planning, and warehouse teams.
• Supporting new product introductions, capacity increases, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and teamwork across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight or more years of materials management or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with complex manufacturing processes such as metal fabrication, coating, or assembly.
• Preferred experience supporting plant start‑ups or major production ramp‑ups.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• High School/GED

• Pay range: $109,670 – $188,006 annually with a target incentive of 15% of base salary.

• Pendergrass, Georgia
