Job Details
Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour.
Shifts:
1st Shift Hours 6:00am to 4:30pm (8-10 hour shifts) Monday through Saturday.
The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting products, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.
- Monitor production materials and advise team leads when supplies are low.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
