We're Hiring Test Technicians - 2nd Shift (3:00PM-12:30AM / 9/80 bi-weekly schedule) - Chatsworth, CAWe have Test Technician positions open now at our Chatsworth location and we're looking for career-focused individuals who want to grow. Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00PM - 12:30AM, 9/80 bi-weekly schedule

Chatsworth, CAAbout the Role As a Test Technician, you'll trim, tune, troubleshoot, test, and repair RF microelectronic assemblies — and you'll play a direct role in the quality of products that matter. What You'll DoRead and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and work instructions

Set up and perform testing on complex microelectronic circuits (VSWR, isolation, insertion loss, power output, and more)
Tune microwave components using a SPA and hand tools; troubleshoot circuits to the component level

Operate test equipment including power meters, spectrum analyzers, vector signal analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators

Operate and troubleshoot ATEsIdentify failures and determine corrective action

Inspect PCBAs and microelectronic devices for defects before and after testing

Follow all ESD handling requirements and company continuous improvement practices

What You Bring2+ years of experience performing RF parametric tests

Ability to read and analyze schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Comfort working with small hand tools and a microscope for portions of the day Familiarity with MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-STD-883 standards a plus Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 20 lbs Strong teamwork skills and a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; additional coursework or on-the-job training in electronics preferred; BS in EE a plus
