Manufacturing Specialist

Location: Lavonia

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be an integral part of the operations team, supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18-$20.20/hour

** Shift: 2 Shifts Available*
* ** 2nd Shift
** Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

** 12 Hour Shift**  - 2,2,3 - 6:00pm-6:00am

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following standard work procedures.

+ Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are maintained.

+ Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality and adherence to specifications.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices.

+ Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

** What's Needed?*
* + 1-year previous manufacturing experience

+ Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading materials.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

+ Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to work location rules and procedures.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment during all shifts
