Shipping Organizer

(Lavonia, GA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Shipping Organizer to assist with organizing and preparing doors and frames for shipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring orders are accurately sorted, staged, and ready for delivery while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the shipping process.

• Off-load doors and frames from the production/paint line.
• Organize doors and frames by customer order and assigned truck for shipment.
• Stage and stack materials onto pallets for safe and efficient shipping.
• Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate product organization.
• Measure and organize loose‑stop material that will be added to doors and frames after the paint process.
• Verify materials are correctly matched to orders before shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to the nearest 1/16 inch.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and shipping documentation.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely handle large doors, frames, and related materials.
