** Responsibilities for an Injection Mold Technician include but are not limited to:*
* + Set up, operate, and troubleshoot plastic injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and secondary operations.

+ Install and remove molds, select molding parameters, and prepare resins for production runs.

+ Perform quality inspections and product testing to ensure parts meet specifications and customer requirements.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance, basic repairs, tooling PMs, and maintain accurate production and maintenance records.

+ Train new operators and provide team lead support while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

** Candidates for Injection Mold Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Completion of Mold Technician training or a minimum of 3 years of injection molding experience.

+

Experience with injection mold setup, mold changes, troubleshooting, and machine operation.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform basic mathematical calculations, and complete quality inspections.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with experience performing equipment maintenance and repairs.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

** Pay Details:**  $30.00 per hour
