Job Title

What You Will Do :

• Maintain DOME, ESVR and SAP with accurate CEC scheduling data to ensure we meet our Engine Induction and Shipment plan.
• Manage Each Gate to the defined Gated Start and Close (Example
  - Inductions to G1 close, or Material Clear to G2 Roll)
• Develop a roadmap by Gate to support the overall master schedule and yearly commitments,
• Monitor Engine Mix and Engine Hours to support a forward growth plan.
• Work alongside Operations to drive overall efficiency and Engine Readiness.
• Manage out of sequence work event and how to line load/sequence when needed. (testcell rejects, quick turn campaigns)

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience to include manufacturing operations or MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul);
  Or an Advanced Degree and 6 months experience to include manufacturing operations or MRO or High School
• Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience to include manufacturing operations or MRO

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Intermediate Excel Knowledge
• Manufacturing Operations or Aftermarket Experience

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
