What You Will Do :
- Maintain DOME, ESVR and SAP with accurate CEC scheduling data to ensure we meet our Engine Induction and Shipment plan.
- Manage Each Gate to the defined Gated Start and Close (Example
- Inductions to G1 close, or Material Clear to G2 Roll) - Develop a roadmap by Gate to support the overall master schedule and yearly commitments,
- Monitor Engine Mix and Engine Hours to support a forward growth plan.
- Work alongside Operations to drive overall efficiency and Engine Readiness.
- Manage out of sequence work event and how to line load/sequence when needed. (testcell rejects, quick turn campaigns)
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience to include manufacturing operations or MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul);
Or an Advanced Degree and 6 months experience to include manufacturing operations or MRO or High School - Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience to include manufacturing operations or MRO
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Intermediate Excel Knowledge
- Manufacturing Operations or Aftermarket Experience
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
