GE Vernova is seeking a Lead CNC Programmer for our Manufacturing & Production team in the Energy & Utilities sector. You will lead CNC programming for complex components used in advanced energy systems, translating engineering models into efficient, precise machining programs. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing multi-axis CNC programs, standardizing tooling and setup methods, troubleshooting production issues, and mentoring machinists and programmers.
You'll partner closely with engineering and quality to improve manufacturability, drive continuous improvement, and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards in a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment.
