Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to cut, twist, and flatten extruded components
- Inspect products for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Promote and practice workplace safety
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication and decision‑making skills
- Ability to operate various machines
- Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Safety Commitment:
All UAC employees must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety trainings, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries. - Employees must understand the PPE and wear it properly.
Demonstrates expertise in operating machinery for manufacturing processes while ensuring product quality and adherence to safety protocols. Capable of effective communication and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
