Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Operate assigned manufacturing machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.;
Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety days of employment.;
Consistently meet production requirements and ensure quality standards are maintained.;
Identify unsafe conditions or defective products and take corrective actions promptly.;
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
