- Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
- Perform general labor tasks including cleanup and material handling
- Assist with routine inspections and basic maintenance of plant machinery
- Support team members in meeting production and quality goals
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Capability to perform physical tasks in varying conditions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
