• Developing and leading effective training and communications supporting the company's production and QMS systems, tools, and processes
• Developing employee sills and capabilities
• Leading new hire orientation
• Maintaining employee training records and other required training documentation
• Assisting with safety
• Improving training methods and tools
• Training and administering testing for quality instructions, process specifications, work instructions, goals, objectives, work orders, etc.

• At least 2 plus years of previous training experience in a manufacturing facility. A BS degree is preferred but not required; must have high school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and organization skills; be a self-starter
• Proficiency with MS Office
