Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily poultry processing operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production targets.
You will train team members, organize manpower and equipment, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to drive improvements. A High School Diploma/GED is required, with 1+ year supervisory experience and 20+ direct reports preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
