Westlake - - Responsibilities:
Start up, adjust, and shut down the extrusion line and related equipment;
Read, operate and understand controls and warning devices; adjust die, motor RPM, and temperature for product standards;
Maintain detailed production records in the data system and monitor machine settings;
Inspect pipe on-line and each finished pack before adding to inventory;
Prepare production reports and maintain records of machine settings; ensure product quality and safe operation
