Crane Operator -2nd shift

Job Title

Using SOP, set up bolster for upcoming production run, fill out set-up check off sheet and load program.

Load destacker with blanks.

Set up baskets for upcoming run.

Initiate production control sheet and labels for finished product.

Using quality SOP, check all critical points and document.

Complete periodic, as scheduled, quality checks on progressive parts.

Place finished product in holding locations using the FIFO system.

Maintain daily housekeeping of work cell to ensure a clean work environment.

Maintain TPM schedule to ensure uptime of machinery.

Continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity and delivery.

Other duties as required by management.
