- Using SOP, set up bolster for upcoming production run, fill out set-up check off sheet and load program.
- Load destacker with blanks.
- Set up baskets for upcoming run.
- Initiate production control sheet and labels for finished product.
- Using quality SOP, check all critical points and document.
- Complete periodic, as scheduled, quality checks on progressive parts.
- Place finished product in holding locations using the FIFO system.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of work cell to ensure a clean work environment.
- Maintain TPM schedule to ensure uptime of machinery.
- Continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity and delivery.
- Other duties as required by management.
