Lead our machine shop — CNC milling and turning to tight tolerances on custom work.
What you'll do:- Lead and schedule the machine shop
- Program, set up and run CNC mills and lathes
- Assign work and mentor machinists
- Own quality to print — work to ±0.005
- Keep the shop safe and on schedule
- Experienced machinist with CNC setup and programming
- Lead or supervisory experience
- Strong blueprint reading and precision inspection
- Wants to run a shop and build a team
Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available.
Shifts:
Monday-Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday-Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts available. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
