What you'll do:- Prep parts — clean, mask and hang for coating
- Apply powder coating in the booth
- Run parts through our large powder ovens
- Check coverage, color and finish quality
- Keep the finishing area clean and safe
- No experience required — we provide training
- Good eye for detail and quality
- Reliable and safety-minded
- Wants to learn a trade and build a career
Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available.
Shifts:
Monday-Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday-Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts available. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
