Run our powder coating and finishing line at one of the largest powder operations in the Southeast.
What you'll do:- Lead and schedule the powder coating / finishing area
- Run and tune the line and large powder ovens
- Train and pace painters — including new hires we’re training
- Own finish and color quality
- Keep the area safe and on schedule
- Powder coating / finishing experience
- Some lead, crew or supervisory experience
- Strong on quality and process
- Wants to lead a team and own an area
Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available.
Shifts:
Monday-Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday-Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts available. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
