Employbridge is hiring a Logistics Team Member who supports production and warehouse operations by assembling products, handling materials, operating forklifts, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Work Schedule Through August 2: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. August 3 – October 4: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. October 5 and beyond: 4:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and air tools.
• Load, unload, pack, store, and move materials.
• Pull and process incoming and outgoing orders.
• Operate forklifts safely in shipping, receiving, and inventory areas.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Verify quantities, parts, and inventory accuracy.
• Meet production goals and complete required documentation.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable upon hire.

Skills & Abilities

• Basic computer, reading, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Flexibility to work changing schedules and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift up to 30 lbs

Base Pay: 20.27 per HOUR
