Experienced cabinet maker ​/ Cabinet shop craftsmen

Sterling Millworks is looking for an experienced Cabinet Shop Craftsman / Experienced Cabinetmaker to join our team in Jasper, GA. We build high-quality custom cabinetry and millwork, and we’re looking for someone who understands that the details matter.

This is a hands-on position for someone with real woodworking or cabinetry experience. You’ll be involved in fabrication, assembly, finishing, and installation of custom cabinetry and millwork. Experience with CNC equipment is a plus, but we’re especially interested in someone who can think through a project, work accurately, and take pride in the finished product.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. A background in woodworking, cabinetry, or a related field is preferred, as is experience with CNC machines and other advanced tools.

• Fabricate, install, and finish custom cabinets and millwork using a variety of materials and techniques
• Assemble cabinets and millwork onsite or in the shop
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate work and ensure project timelines are met
• Use CNC machines and other advanced tools as needed

• 2+ years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or a related field
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Proficiency in cabinetry installation and finishing techniques.
• Experience with CNC machines and other advanced tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
