We’re seeking a Production Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Cornelia, GA.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
Shift: Rotating 6:45am to 7:15pm or 6:45pm to 7:15am

- Operating production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products according to established specifications and safety guidelines.
- Assisting with equipment setup, quality inspections, and cleaning/maintenance of machinery.
- Reporting production problems, troubleshooting minor issues, and notifying supervisors of maintenance needs.
- Preparing accurate records and documentation related to work in progress.
- Supporting cross-training and continuous learning within the department.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all sustainability and 6S program requirements.
- Handling materials for processing, such as rack winding, annealing, and preparing device history records.
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors.
- Have experience in a manufacturing or production environment (machine operation experience preferred).
- Are comfortable working rotating shifts and supporting a flexible work schedule.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Are willing to learn, cross-train, and support team goals.
- Can follow written instructions and complete required documentation accurately.
- Are dependable and demonstrate a positive attitude towards continuous training and improvement.
