NEOTech in Chatsworth, GA is seeking a detail-oriented assembler for manual wire bond production of high-reliability microelectronic devices. You will read assembly instructions, use fine tools under a microscope, and perform pin bonds while ensuring strong bonds and defect-free results.
The role requires following ESD rules, working in a clean-room, and contributing to 6S and kaizen improvements. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for experience in ISO
9000/AS9100
