Amada Operator
- Cell I (1st Shift)
Ability to do any type of CNC Turret Punch Press work whether standard, special or extremely complicated on all types of material without supervision.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good measurement skills.
Job Requirements:
- Setup shearing of all parts to be punched.
- Familiar with tooling and capabilities of each.
- Efficient and safe operation of CNC's and shears.
- Keep folders and tapes updated and orderly.
- Keep records of production rates, rework and downtime.
- Quality check of parts for accuracy and defects.
- Check parts against bills.
- Calculate tonnage requirements on tooling.
- Enter program manually into CNC.
- Close vision and peripheral vision.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Unaided lifting up to 50 lbs.
Shift: This is a first shift position 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime.
