Manufacturing Paint Shop Cleaner

We’re hiring dependable Manufacturing Cleaning Team Members to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient paint shop environment. In this role, you’ll clean manufacturing equipment, robots, and work areas while supporting daily production operations. No previous experience is required—paid; hands-on training is provided.

  Pay: $18.00 1st shift (Mon-Fri)

$18.50 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri)

$19.00 Weekend Shifts **

• Multiple shift options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM — 6:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM — 6:30 AM

• Clean and maintain paint shop equipment and robotic systems
• Lock out equipment before performing cleaning tasks
• Remove slag, debris, and buildup from machinery
• Chip, grind, scrape, and clean equipment using hand tools
• Sweep, mop, and wipe down work areas using approved cleaning products
• Clean robot tip formers and other production equipment
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned to support production

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely use hand tools and follow safety procedures
• Comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
  
  Team player with a positive attitude
