Job descriptionProduction General Assembly Customer Quality Improvement Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Perform in-depth analysis of large data sets across multiple variables to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate yard campaigns with Production and Engineering to improve qualiy at the point of assembly.
- Investigate customer claims to determine responsibilit,y countermeasures, containments and clean points for each.
- Investigate real-time quality issues to determine root cause and communicate to responsible parties.
- Coordinate daily FTT Metric Meeting with Assembly Lines and lead improvement efforts.
- Lead training sessions and other improvement exercises with Production Team.
- Complete all other tasks assigned by Leadership team.
- Collaborate with Production Leadership and Engineering to improve quality at the point of assembly.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TOTHE ROLE
- Experience with vehicle production (Minimum 2years)
- MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent desired
- Job related experience in an engineering/industrial environment
- Domestic / International travel required.
