Shipping and Receiving

Daniel Defense LLC is seeking a Shipping and Receiving team member to support our firearms manufacturing operations in Black Creek, GA. In this role, you will receive, inspect, store, and ship raw materials, components, and finished firearms and accessories. Responsibilities include verifying quantities and documentation, maintaining accurate inventory, picking and packing orders, and operating material-handling equipment safely. You'll work in a fast-paced, quality- and safety-focused environment that values teamwork, craftsmanship, and mission-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and components for accuracy and damage
• Verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders and enter data into inventory systems
• Label, store, and organize parts, materials, and finished goods according to company standards
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits
• Follow all safety, security, and quality procedures in a firearms manufacturing environment
• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, orderly, and compliant with OSHA requirements
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet schedule demands
• Complete required shipping documentation and use carrier and ERP software
