Production Associate - 2nd & 3rd Shift (Hablamos Español)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: On-site (Not Remote)
Monday-Friday
1:15 PM - 9:30 PM
Sunday: 7:00 PM Start
Monday-Friday: 9:30 PM - 5:00 AM
Average Earnings: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on production)
- $20.03/hour - Hourly Positions
- $21.00/hour - Production Training Rate (2nd Shift)
- $22.00/hour - Production Training Rate (3rd Shift)

- Must be able to lift 30 pounds at arm's length on a continual basis

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. Production Associates may work in a variety of roles, including Forklift Operator, Machine Operator, Material Handler, Palletizer, and Stuffer. Successful candidates are safety-minded, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (as assigned)
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Stack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment
- Monitor production processes and product quality
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Assist with general production duties as needed
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computerized equipment and production systems
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
