Experienced CNC Machinist (Ball Ground, GA) (2 nd and 3 rd Shifts Available) – Join a Leader in Aerospace Manufacturing!

We’re growing and we’re looking for individuals with 2 to 4 years experience to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

In this hands-on role, you’ll:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards
• Use hand tools and pneumatic assembly tools
• Perform troubleshooting and machine setups
• Maintain accurate records for counts and quality control
• Following safety protocols and contributing to a clean, organized workspace

• 2 nd Shift – Monday through Thursday 3pm – 1:30am
• 3 rd Shift – Monday night through Friday morning 9pm – 7:30am

• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50lbs to load and unload material
• Understand basic math
• Dexterity: must be able to work with hands to handle parts and use controls on machines
• Able to complete setups and troubleshoot on mills and/or lathes

• Competitive Pay: $22 - $25/hour plus shift differential (based on experience)
