Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

Lead daily pit operations to achieve production, safety, quality, and environmental objectives. Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Coordinate equipment, staffing, and production schedules to maximize operational efficiency. Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize results. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting operational excellence.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a mining, quarry, aggregates, construction, or heavy industrial environment. Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes, mobile equipment operations, and material handling practices. Proven capability to prioritize work, solve problems, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across functions.

Primarily located in an outdoor aggregate production environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and heavy equipment. Regular interaction with production personnel, contractors, and operational leadership. Combination of field-based supervision and administrative responsibilities. May require flexible scheduling to support operational needs.

Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
