• Execute manufacturing processes according to established packaging instructions to ensure consistent product output.
• Prepare and organize your workstation to facilitate a seamless and efficient production flow.
• Maintain a clean, orderly environment by strictly adhering to 5S methodology standards.
• Document production data accurately on process papers, control sheets, and charts to ensure traceability.
• Safely manage and handle all chemical materials in strict compliance with safety data protocols.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize the movement of production lots and enhance overall team efficiency.
• Monitor equipment and product status, immediately escalating any irregularities to supervisory staff.
• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to maintain a safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for precise machine operation.
• Proficiency in basic math and the ability to read/interpret technical manuals in English.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and kneeling.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an organized, timely, and safety-conscious manner.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with quality control inspection processes.
• Experience working with standardized safety and operational documentation.
