Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Environmental/Maintenance Manager on SMR.Maintain Production paperwork.

Backup to Safety report to Plant  part of HACCP team.
• Conduct HACCP audits.

Strictly follow all safety policies and procedures.

Assist in Continuous Improvement  active member of the Safety and CI teams.

Assist department manager in managing plant Safety programs.

Order parts and supplies.
• Other duties as management deems necessary.

Complies with all safety policies and procedures.

Assures that established policy and procedures are followed and uses all required personal protective equipment.

Prepare the following reports: production and inventory, dryer report, tanker/ barrel report, weekly ledger, cost report, month end inventory report.

Inputs accounts payable and accounts receivable into accounting system

Creates Bill of Ladings as needed.

Answers telephone and directs office traffic.

Maintains weekly Raw Material Schedule.

Maintains Finished Product Inventory.

Coordinates Tanker Pick-ups and outbound shipments.

Maintains thorough knowledge of office functions.

Assists Environmental/ Safety Manager/ Plant Manager with maintaining SDP's, maintaining SDS's, data entry, trending reports, and training records.
