We have an immediate job opening for a SMT LINE TECHNICIAN at our Clarkesville, GA location. We offer a complete benefits package. Monday – Thursday, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm.

• Set up, program, and monitor SMT equipment.
• Perform daily production support.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure quality standards are met through inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain feeders and other tools used in the process.
• Oversee the daily operations of SMT production lines.
• Supervise and manage SMT technicians and operators.
• Ensure production schedules are met and coordinate activities to achieve targets.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
• High school diploma required. Education or certification in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
