Toyo Tire North America is seeking a Production Supervisor II to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. You will balance safety, quality, delivery and cost while developing your people and delivering consistent plant performance.
You will drive continuous improvement, lead Kaizen and CI initiatives, apply structured problem solving, and partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Logistics to optimize resources and meet production schedules.
