Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mixer to prepare and blend raw ingredients according to specific recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing, production, food processing, or machine operating experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients according to recipes and batch requirements.

Operate industrial mixers, pumps, blenders, and other production equipment.

Monitor batches for proper consistency, color, and pH levels.

Follow food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and company safety procedures.

Record ingredient batch numbers, weights, processing times, and other production information.

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary.

Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.

Report equipment issues or product quality concerns to management.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, mixing, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and written instructions.
• Ability to complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Must be able to follow strict safety and sanitation procedures.
• HACCP or food manufacturing experience is a plus.
