Keep daily poultry farm operations moving safely and efficiently. In this role, you will oversee daily coop movement, helping ensure coops are handled, positioned, and moved according to established farm procedures and operational needs. You will coordinate daily activities, support smooth workflow, and help maintain a safe and organized farm environment. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on individual who excels in a fast-paced agricultural setting and takes pride in supporting efficient poultry operations.

• Oversee daily coop movement.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and remains current.
• Ensure feeders and water lines are adjusted to the proper height.
• Communicate daily live production numbers to the Set Supervisor.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational needs within the assigned area.

• Strong reading, writing, math, and analytical skills.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Perform repetitive work for 2 to 4 hours with 4 to 6 repetitions per minute in a single interval.
• Work in a variable temperature and ambient dampness.
• Walk or stand on all types of surfaces.
