Injection Molding Operator
We are seeking dependable Injection Molding Operators to support production operations. This position is responsible for preparing, setting up, operating, and monitoring injection molding equipment to produce quality parts that meet required specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare injection molding machines, tools, and related equipment for production.
- Perform line clearance and prepare equipment according to process specifications.
- Install, connect, and start injection molding tools and equipment following instructions.
- Operate and monitor multiple machines as assigned.
- Monitor production processes and help troubleshoot molding issues.
- Perform visual inspections and take production samples.
- Complete cleaning and tub replacement activities.
- Maintain accurate production documentation using systems such as MES
. - Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Process Technology teams.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
- Injection molding, machine operation, manufacturing, or related technical experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of injection molding processes.
- Good technical and mechanical understanding.
- Ability to assist with troubleshooting production issues.
- Basic computer skills, including MES, SAP, and Microsoft Office
. - Understanding of quality methods and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule
.
