About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Social Supervisor to support paid social strategy, execution, and performance across key national clients. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on activation and strategic oversight, with heavy collaboration across internal teams.

This person will function as a fully embedded member of the client team, participating in client-facing work, internal planning, and cross-channel media collaboration. While the immediate need leans executional, the ideal candidate brings the professional maturity and strategic lens expected at the supervisor level.

The role will initially support a large CPG client with potential exposure to additional accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, Pinterest, Linked In, and others
  • Translate brand and business goals into effective paid social tactics across brand and performance initiatives
  • Manage campaign builds, launches, pacing, QA, and ongoing optimizations
  • Monitor performance and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize results
  • Ensure campaigns align with platform best practices, budget requirements, and measurement frameworks
  • Contribute strategic POVs on channel mix, audience targeting, and platform selection
  • Stay current on emerging social platforms, tools, and opportunities

Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Operate as an embedded, client-facing team member within the Crossmedia environment
  • Collaborate closely with media planning, investment, AdOps, analytics, and finance teams
  • Support integrated media planning discussions across channels (TV, search, programmatic, etc.) with a paid social lens
  • Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Work within established templates, processes, and historical campaign frameworks

Leadership & Team Support

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and buyers
  • Partner with supporting team members responsible for reporting and trafficking
  • Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery of campaign work
  • Demonstrate strong professional maturity and collaborative leadership style
  • Willing to be hands‑on in platform while maintaining a strategic viewpoint
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of paid social strategy and hands‑on activation experience
  • 1–2+ years in an advertising/media agency environment strongly preferred
  • Deep hands‑on platform experience (especially Meta)
  • Experience managing meaningful media budgets
  • Proven ability to both execute campaigns and think strategically
  • Strong collaboration skills in cross‑functional environments
  • Excellent communication skills in client‑facing settings
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
