About the Role
At Medier
, we’re building a next-generation player engagement ecosystem — and we’re looking for a CRM Team Lead (Promotions & Gamification) to drive it. You won’t just run campaigns — you’ll design a cohesive system where promotions, gamification, and lifecycle CRM work together seamlessly. You will be the key CRM stakeholder across departments, ensuring that every seasonal campaign and onsite feature contributes to long-term player loyalty and measurable business growth.
You’ll Do
- Own CRM Strategy for Promotions – Lead the CRM side of large-scale seasonal campaigns (World Cup, Festive events, and more), aligning with Product, Design, and Sports/Casino teams.
- Build a Gamification Ecosystem – Integrate onsite tools such as tournaments, missions, progress bars, and reward shops into the full player lifecycle — from onboarding to reactivation.
- Define & Scale Processes – Establish clear workflows for how promotions are requested, developed, launched, and communicated to players.
- Optimize Engagement Mechanics – Analyse and improve onsite features (e.g., Boosts, Missions), driving higher opt‑in, engagement, and completion rates.
- Lead & Mentor the Team – Manage and grow a team of CRM managers, ensuring high‑quality execution of the promotional calendar and consistent campaign excellence.
- Strong experience in iGaming CRM
, with a focus on promotions and lifecycle marketing - Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Deep understanding of player psychology and gamification mechanics
- Ability to think strategically while driving hands‑on execution
- Experience working with complex, multi‑channel CRM systems
- Full coverage of relocation flights
- Comfortable accommodation provided upon arrival
