Performance Marketing Strategist​/Writer

The Performance Marketing Strategist and Writer will develop and implement key content marketing and lead nurture initiatives that generate qualified leads and strengthen the Crisp brand.

You’ll have the chance to create print and digital materials across multiple mediums—emails, webinars, eBooks, blog posts, magazine articles, social media content, direct mail—providing timely, valuable, and actionable content to our audience throughout their buyer’s journey.

• Spearhead and execute marketing campaigns that drive MQLs
• Write key content for lead nurture, brand awareness, and conversion campaigns (blog posts, emails, webinar scripts, eBooks, print articles, social media content, direct mail)
• Create multi‑channel strategies, outline, draft, and publish articles
• Collaborate with project manager, creatives, and social media manager to design branded graphics, videos, and other assets that complement the strategy
• Serve as brand lead for all Crisp brands, maintaining a consistent brand voice aligned with Crisp’s mission, vision, and values
• Ensure all written digital and print materials adhere to brand standards
• Plan and maintain a monthly and quarterly editorial calendar
• Create campaign content in appropriate platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Active Campaign, Type Form)
• Manage and execute recurring tasks to keep initiatives on track

• 3–5 years of copywriting and copyediting experience in a professional setting
• Content marketing experience with measurable results (e.g., increased MQLs, conversions, CTRs)
• Ability to spot typos and grammatical errors with high accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adherence to deadlines and ability to deliver results
• Fast‑paced work ethic and can‑do attitude
• Agility to pivot and change course quickly

• Familiarity with the buyer’s journey
• Experience with Hub Spot, Word Press, social media platforms, and HTML/CSS
