The Atlanta Hawks are seeking passionate, motivated, and well‑connected college students to serve as official brand ambassadors on campus and within their communities. As part of the Hawks College Ambassador Program, ambassadors will bring the team to life through peer‑to‑peer marketing, grassroots initiatives, and student engagement events—all with the goal of increasing awareness, driving ticket sales, and growing our fanbase among college students.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Hawks front office staff to integrate the brand into major campus events and happenings.
- Identify and build relationships with student organizations interested in attending Hawks games.
- Represent the Atlanta Hawks & College Park Skyhawks brand with professionalism in all interactions—on campus, online, and at events.
- Work directly with Group Sales Consultants to uncover new marketing and sales opportunities on and around campus.
- Promote upcoming games and student offers by wearing team‑issued apparel and distributing marketing materials.
- Use your personal social media to build awareness around Hawks Pass, Theme Nights, College Park Skyhawks and College Series events.
- Submit weekly reports summarizing outreach efforts, event recaps, campus insights, timesheets, and future recommendations.
Ambassadors are required to assist with up to six (6) Hawks home games throughout the season. Gameday assignments may include:
- Fan Experience Activations
- Sales/Marketing Tables
- Group Event Hospitality
- Membership Pre‑Game Events
- General Fan Engagement & Guest Interaction
- Must be enrolled in a college or university within 100 miles of Atlanta.
- Preferred majors:
Business, Marketing, Sport Management, Communications. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and access to phone/email.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of the Atlanta Hawks and NBA is a plus.
- Previous leadership, brand ambassador, or event marketing experience preferred.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with other ambassadors.
- Highly self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Well‑connected and knowledgeable about your campus, its events, and student life.
- Active on social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and X (Twitter).
