Account Manager
Dentsu is seeking a highly client-focused Account Manager to support a global enterprise client, partnering closely with our Israel-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and brings strong client leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
You will play a critical role in managing senior client relationships, driving integrated digital media initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across global stakeholders. You will report to an experienced Team Lead and can work remotely (aligned to CST/EST hours).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a day-to-day lead for a global enterprise client, building trusted relationships and demonstrating strong client leadership.
- Partner closely with cross-regional teams, including stakeholders in Israel, to ensure alignment, delivery excellence, and consistent communication.
- Translate client objectives into effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen brand presence and drive measurable impact.
- Oversee and optimize campaign performance across digital platforms, proactively identifying opportunities and communicating results to clients.
- Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence, delivering clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or paid media within an agency or client-facing environment.
- Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels (Google, Meta, Linked In, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset.
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, and international teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with global clients or across multiple regions/time zones in the Enterprise B2B space.
- Familiarity with supporting teams in EMEA and/or Israel.
Additional Information:
The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$65,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
