For our Spirits Division, we are now looking for a Brand Manager to drive the commercial and operational success of Anora's brand portfolio in Norway.
In this role, you will be responsible for translating global brand strategies, concepts, and guidelines into impactful local execution, ensuring strong brand performance while adapting to the needs of the Norwegian market. Working closely with Anora's Central Marketing team, international brand owners, and cross-functional colleagues, you will lead brand development, commercial planning, and market activation to maximize brand value, sales, and profitability.
As a key member of Anora's Norwegian commercial organization, you will act as the link between Central Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and external partners, ensuring that our brands continue to grow and succeed in a highly competitive market.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute local brand and marketing plans in close collaboration with Anora's Central Marketing team, as well as international brand owners and partners.
Lead new product development (NPD), product launches, relaunches, and Vinmonopolet tender processes in close cooperation with the Commercial Coordinator.
Build and maintain category, consumer, and market insights through competitive analysis and continuous monitoring of market trends in Norway.
Manage the assigned brand portfolio and represent the brands to Vinmonopolet, external brand owners, the media, and consumers in the Norwegian market.
Provide input to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) together with the Supply Chain team to ensure healthy inventory levels, accurate demand planning, and product availability.
Monitor, analyze, and report the commercial performance of Own Brands and Partner Brands to internal stakeholders and external brand owners, providing regular updates on sales performance, market developments, and growth opportunities.
Own and manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget, ensuring effective allocation of investments and alignment with brand objectives.
Manage brand budgets and commercial performance, contributing to profitable growth and strong return on investment.
Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and ensure compliance with Anora's commercial standards, policies, and procedures.
What You Need to SucceedBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–6 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar commercial role.
Proven experience in brand management within FMCG, wine & spirits, beverages, or another consumer goods category.
Experience managing P&L performance and commercial budgets.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across international and cross-functional teams.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365, BI tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language.
