A Red Bull Student Marketeer is part of one of the world's most dynamic and self-sufficient brand and product ambassador programs. They are well-acquainted with the Red Bull target group and actively contribute to strengthening the brand image and product knowledge at their own university and in their region.

The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, engage and motivate university students, increase sales, and represent the Red Bull brand authentically on campus.

The role involves building direct relationships with consumers and customers, encouraging product sampling, and participating in Red Bull events to provide memorable brand experiences for consumers.

Student Marketeers prefer flexible work arrangements over traditional 9-to-5 schedules and enjoy working in a creative, inspiring environment.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Live and represent the brand's personality and corporate values, showcasing the brand in premium ways during daily interactions with consumers and customers.
• Grow the user base by introducing Red Bull to consumers through product tastings at the right time and place, and responding to their questions professionally.
• Develop and implement a personalized, innovative campus plan that involves students and brings the brand to life on campus.
• Build strong relationships and networks with local key players.
• Increase brand commitment on social media platforms with authentic content.
• Work on Red Bull and supported events to provide unforgettable brand experiences to consumers.

• Ability to coordinate part-time work with studies, ideally working evenings and weekends
• Interest in acquiring and applying new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Connections with various influential student groups and individuals on campus
• Valid driver's license
• Availability for evening and weekend work
• Active university student status (applications will only be accepted from students at the specified university)
• Confident English language skills
• Travel 20-30%
